Brandie Rae Fairburn of Covington and Clinton Levi Morgan of Franklinton announce their engagement and approaching marriage. The couple will exchange vows Saturday, Oct. 16, 2010, at 4 o’clock in the evening at New Zion Baptist Church in Covington, with the Rev. Gene Richards officiating.
